We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist in Technical Analytics for our site in Charleston, TN.
What you will do:
This position is responsible for monitoring, improving, and troubleshooting building related processes in the analytics building. They will support any operational or maintenance activities for the building processes to ensure systems are maintained and available.
- HVAC support
- Grade C support (supplies Analytics and rest of site)
- Grade A support
- Building and analytics project support
- Building SWP support
- Parts and supplies ordering for B&M team
- Support CSS team (FLB, EIPs, job prep)
- Other duties as needed
What we need from you:
- Minimum of a GED or HS Diploma with Chemical Processing Certification; A.S. is preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in related field
- A strong understanding of mechanical or process equipment, specifically water treatment systems, HVAC systems, and process instrumentation
- Skilled at troubleshooting equipment issues
- Can identify opportunities for improvement in processes
- Collaborative team player that can work with different operations groups, maintenance, and contractors
- Can plan and execute equipment repair or improvement projects safely and on schedule
- Ability to support analytics on weekends and off hours as part of an on-call rotation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong commitment to environmental health and safety excellence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
